Not to me, but I use BT 2.0 :)

Were you able to replicate this issue yourself on your own machine?
I think this report needs additional information: Which books (which
modules) did not show up in Bookshelf manager, but do exist in the
CrossWire repository?
Maybe the "missing" books are ones that require a newer version of the
SWORD library than is being used by this person (who is running BT 1.6.5
and so probably SWORD 1.5.9 ... God willing, we'll have SWORD
1.6.0+dfsg-1 and BibleTime 2.0-1 into Debian testing within a couple of
weeks, and the reporter can retest with those.
If the reporter is willing to grab these more recent packages from
Debian unstable, he could probably retest with them right away.
As a point of reference, doing:
wget -O - ftp://ftp.crosswire.org/pub/sword/raw/mods.d.tar.gz | \
tar ztf - |grep conf |sed -e 's%mods.d/%%' -e 's/.conf$//'
gets me a list of exactly 314 modules. I'm not about to test each one
by hand to see if I can install them all from within BibleTime :)
Without knowing which books are involved, this reported issue is likely
to be mildly awkward for me (or others) to try to replicate or
investigate further, I think.
