Cross references for the active Bible are shown in the chosen Standard Bible. 
To display it for the active bible, the choice of the Standard Bible has to be changed.

As this is inconvenient, particularly if you have more than 1 Bible open:

-> Allow for each open Bible to see cross references of the active Bible.
