[bt-devel] installing 1.7

This may be an obvious thing, but when I downloaded the source for 1.7 
to build on Ubuntu 8.10 (built from trunk for 1.7.beta2 okay), running 
build-release.sh spits out an error about a missing CMakeLists.txt. I 
looked in the beta directory, and sure enough there was one there. Is 
there a step I am missing? If there is an Ubuntu package out there that 
I don't know about, I'm happy to use that as well.
