DVCS users (esepecially Eeli?),
I read through the Wiki page on Bazaar to get familiar with your
suggested workflow. Personally, it sounds much more intuitive than
the work I've tried to do with git (the concept of all my branches in
one directory sounds great, but I could never get it to actually
update between the branches in git). However, once I started to make
my way through the list of suggested startup tasks, I ran into this
error trying to pull a local trunk:
$ bzr branch https://bibletime.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/bibletime/trunk/bibletime
trunk
bzr: ERROR: KnitPackRepository('file:///home/greg/Projects/bibletime-bzr/.bzr/repository/')
is not compatible with
SvnRepository('https://bibletime.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/bibletime')
different rich-root support
Any idea on what's going wrong? I've also tried to pull a local SVN
repository that we use at work to see if I can use Bazaar for that,
but have had even less luck than with the SF repository. Perhaps it
is my version? I'm running on Linux Mint 7 here at work, with bzr
1.13.1.
