Is the new site being hosted in Germany?  I think that's the only case
when you actually *need* an "Imprint" (impressum) page.  Most sites in
the UK, USA and elsewhere do not have one.  The whole idea is, as far as
I know, unique to Germany and German law.  It actually looks quite
strange to most non-German web site visitors.
