Initial Comment:
Sometimes, a closing quotation mark is orphaned on a line, i.e. it is at the beginning of a newline.  The word [and period if present] should be on the same line as the closing quotation mark.   Easy to reproduce in the ESV.

This belongs to thirdparty bugs along with the "words are cut" reports. We
can do nothing about that QWebKit "feature".
