Message:
We need more information. Try to think what is releveant. For example:

- BibleTime version
- Operating system/distribution and version
- The package version (official distribution version, other version)
- If you compiled yourself, how it was built
- The SWORD library version
- If it has something to do with search, clucene version
- Can you repeat it, and if yes, how
- Start with command line: bibletime --debug
- If possible, gdb trace
- Exact description (steps) of what you tried to do, what happened and how
- It may be easier to attach a screenshot than to describe verbally
- If it's about some work (module), do other CrossWire programs work
correctly (e.g. Xiphos)
- If it's about some work, the version of the work and where it was
downloaded from

Message:
It would be useful to know specifically which version of BibleTime was in
use.

based on the bibletime.kcrash file attached this is from a machine where
the user has downloaded and compiled the SWORD 1.5.11 library by hand (i.e.
they are not using a libsword7 .deb package).

Is there more we can do with this, given that the submitter was "nobody"?

Jonathan
