Initial Comment:
In a lot of Windows Bible study programs (the Online Bible comes to mind), you can choose an option to show Strongs numbers. This will show them inline with the text. When you hover over the numbers, a small window will popup. The advantage of using a popup is that you can then link them (if the popup references another Strong's number, you can just click that number and it will follow the link).

This already works in BibleTime: hovering opens the definition in the Mag
window. You can move the mouse in to the Mag and click links.

There is a module being developed already that uses the Hebrew and Greek
characters that links. I'm not sure where in the process it is.

The mag is able to do this as well. Currently our strongs number modules
are not linked, so even if we went with that legacy route (we used to do
this before we had the mag window) then the numbers would not be clickable
either.
