Summary: BE with BT: Repeated Next/Previous causes toggle
Initial Comment:
BT 1.6rc1 and Bibledit 1.9 (=BE) have some kind of
'communication problem' which results in a 'fight'
under certain condition.
When BT/GermElb1905 is open e.g. at 1JN 5:6 and you
start BE(with a project containing 1JN), and click in
BT three times in a row next verse (the three times
within a second), the reference toggles between 5:7 and
5:8 several times.
If you do the same three-times clicking in BE, the
references advances to 5:8 and stays there.
The same thing happens with a three-times-click to the
next and previous verse, independent of the new verses
are in a different chapter or in the same book. (In
this case it is quite difficult to get the toggeling
process to stop.
Same thing happens if you use hotkeys for previous/next.
The same thing happens with next/previous chapter or book.
I do not know, if this is caused by BE or BT, if this
is a bug or not, or if someone only has to click slower
to let the two programs work together.

BT 1.7 will have a new communications interface (DBUS instead of DCOP). BE
will have to be adapted to it. Please make checks then if everything works
and submit new bug reports if neccessary, with detailed information about
what needs to be fixed.
