I use UTF-8 charset in my computer. BibleTime 1.6.4 in KDE 3.5.8 (Kubuntu Gutsy) (4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.3) OS Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic does not find searchword if it contains scandinavic lettters.

I think maybe the reason to this is that searching doesn't handle charsets ok.

Terve!

Version 1.6.4 is more and more outdated; for me it crashes when I give a
search string and hit enter. It may happen because I use the Sword library
version 1.5.10, not 1.5.9. Anyways, 1.6.5 is the latest bugfix release and
was made just because 1.6.4 had bugs. 1.6.5 (self-compiled) works fine for
me and gives correct search results for example for "äiti". Unfortunately
there are no Ubuntu packages of 1.6.5.
