Summary: Installed books don't show in Install/Update works

Initial Comment:
The currently installed works are not included in the list under Install/Update works, only in Remove works. The help-file says that "BibleTime will scan the contents of the library and present you with a list of works that you can add to your Bookshelf, or that you already have installed but are available in a new version in the library, and thus can be updated." I suppose this might be taken to mean that ONLY upgradable works are shown, but this should perhaps be stated, if that is the case.
I don't know, then, if this is a bug report or a feature request -- would it be a bad idea to combine the two dialogs and let the user do all the handling (Install-Update-Remove) in one place?

The help file for the Bookshelf Manager should be completely rewritten for
the version 1.7 because the manager has been redesigned from scratch.

Combining the two dialogs is not realistic: we could have for example 100
installed modules from several repositories. When we open a repository
which has only 5 items we don't want to see our 100 installed modules
there. And also we don't want to combine several repositories together. The
only reasonable change would be to show in the list those modules which are
in the repository but installed already. They would be grayed out and
non-selectable. In that way the user would see all the modules which are in
the repository and would see whether they are installed, updateable or
noninstalled.
