Initial Comment:
I have these installed on fc8 (problem also occurred on fc7):
sword-1.5.11-1.fc8
bibletime-1.6.5.1-1.fc8

Cross-references in the ESV module are not displaying.  Instead is a little blue rectangle.  I'm uploading an image which shows what I'm talking about.  Help!

FYI:  with the following versions, the problem disappears:

bibletime-1.6.4-2.fc8
sword-1.5.9-7.fc8
