This is not a bug - but I like to inform you that the openSUSE-Education project has packaged sword and bibletime packages for all openSUSE distribution in the openSUSE Buildservice.

Also available: sword-bible* and sword-commentary* packages for different languages.

You can search for the packages directly via the openSUSE software search:
http://software.opensuse.org/search

Or by following the instructions in the openSUSE wiki, describing how to add the openSUSE-Education repository as installation repository to your openSUSE distribution:
http://en.opensuse.org/Education/Repositories
