[bt-devel] Not installing docs

Hi Eeli.
I'm not in favor of splitting out the howto. It is cool and we're getting many
hits on it on bibletime.info. I'm trying to receive better license
conditions, so that we can freely distribute and improve the howto. If that
is not possible, we'll eventually have to work towards a replacement.
I'll create a "quick-compile" build mode soon.
