Summary: Too wide layout with Green template
Initial Comment:
This is probably a bug in KHTML again but I report it here for the sake of information.
As can be seen from attached pictures Green template causes strange widening of some lines when the display window is narrow enough.

This seems to happen with Default template too, and maybe with others. It
needs some specific width of the display window. Widening/narrowing the
window suddenly widens a line and adds horizontal scrollbar, then
widening/narrowing the window further takes it away.
This is not very dangerous and does not happen often but may be very
confusing for the user when it happens.
I should research this a bit further and send a report to KDE bug
database.
