The current state is enough for alpha, I think. We could always fix more
bugs but then it would soon be stable and not alpha... We already chose
the features for the alpha some months ago and now when the data
migration is ready there is no reason to wait.

You are right, Bookshelf Manager is almost an application on its own
right and is a large task. I almost started coding it but fortunately
could control myself :)
There are some important bug tasks which may take unspecified amount of
time, like the shortcuts of display views not working. There are also
some minor tasks like layout or window titles which should be quick. But
all minor problems are not in the list yet. We should soon test the app
thoroughly and write down all details which we want to fix before the
final release.
Should we fix the major bugs first? We could choose some and work on
them before the second alpha or the first beta. I would like to release
another alpha, what do you think? It could help us to focus.
