[bt-devel] KDE4 api and docs, alpha and beta releases

The links to KDE4 api docs in our wiki pages are outdated. The right
link is http://api.kde.org/4.0-api/kdelibs-apidocs/. I will change it.

For example KHTMLView which we use used to inherit from Q3ScrollView but
not anymore. This affects our code.
