[bt-devel] keychooser ready?

I didn't have anything to add to ckeyreferencewidget which Martin
ported. crefselectdialog is empty - maybe it should be removed
alltogether?

This means that keychooser widgets are ready. I'll move into "display"
next if others agree.

We could count the ported/unported files and update the percentages in
wiki sometimes.
