Because "BT2" will not exist in a near future and BT1.x will be
continued the version numbering scheme should be reconsidered. If we
gradually reach platform independence (or KDE independence for a start)
it would be natural to call that version 2.0. That would be different
from what we now have called "BibleTime 2". Maybe we could invite a new
code name for the recent "BibleTime 2".
