Checking with works of BT 1.6.2 produced by a Sword-export of Bibledit
2.2.17  = BE (in order to check if the introduction of this bible book is
shown):

1. Using BE export already done before (6 months) ago, does not show the
introduction.
2. Creating new exports, BT recognizes immediately (and shows in the
bookshelf) the new work, but they are empty.
It seems to me, that the BE 2.2.17 export feature has a problem (comparing
the size of the old and new zipped Sword-export files of the same project)
So this will be delt seperately with Teus (programmer of BE).

Also Text of Verse 0 is not shown, at least in Commentaries. We need to
fix this.

We should implement this is on of the next releases.
Probably at the same time as we rework the keychooser
classes / gui.

This will probably be tricky, because BibleTime's code is
rotten already =)
