Initial Comment:
in suse 10.2 bibletime 1.6.3b crashes after searching(anything) in bible(s) i get: One or more modules need indexing before they can be searched.
This could take a long time. Proceed with indexing? YES crashes bibletime/closes it all.

I can index fine with BT 1.6.3b on Slackware 11.

I had the same problem after installing BibleTime 1.6.3b on Slackware 11.
However, you can still index on BibleTime 1.6.2.
