[bt-devel] BibleTime 1.6.3b released

Hi everybody,

I just released BT 1.6.3b. It eliminates all instances where symbolic links 
were created up to this point. It turned out that we neither need links to 
CSS data nor to our English png images. kio_help will find them if they are 
not present in other languages than English.

I made quite some changes to the Makefile system, so please test and report 
success or failure. It installed and uninstalled cleanly on my system.
