Initial Comment:
When attempting to use Help > Handbook or Help > HowTo the following displays in the KDE Help Center main window:

 The requested help file could not be parsed:
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en//bibletime/handbook//index.docbook

This is probably due to the double forslash between handbook and index.
