The menubar is not built correctly because bibletimeui.rc is not found.
I hardcoded path for my machine using version 1.6.2 .rc file and it
worked.

Some important TODO items:
- make config dialog appear
- see if the Sword backend is initialized correctly (there's no debug
for it)
- make mainindex show the modules
- let clicking a module open it in the main view
