Wolfgang, thanks for registering these bugs yourself at
crosswire.org. But please make sure there that you select
the right project to submit your bugs for. Whenever a bug
is related to the Sword backend library that BibleTime
uses, you'll need to assign it to the "SWORD (API)"
project. BibleCS is the windows frontend of Sword, and
perhaps not where this bug should go. Just FYI.

As noted in the referenced bug, this is a sword issue. And
actually more of an osis issue than that since hard coding
of quotation indicators is to be handled differently than
as currently done by bible edit
