Wolfgang, this problem occurs in many Sword modules and comes from bugs in the importer tools (AFAICT). Sword is responsible for this.

I suggest that you register at http://crosswire.org/bugs and report all Sword and Sword-modules related bugs there (see the different categories for submission). This way the bugs will at least be registered. I cannot promise that they will be handled quickly, though.
