[bt-devel] Website changed, feedback wanted

Just FYI... in IE 6 the banner image is larger than the bar of blue behind
it, otherwise it looks fine, but in IE 7 beta 2 it displays fine.  I would
agree with the suggestion to have fewer news announcements up, though...
