Initial Comment:
The hotkey search in Configure BibleTime/Hotkeys works
with the tool-names (e.g. cascade)

-> Make it also work (or add it as an option) to work
also for hotkey-names.
E.g. typing in F would not only give all the names of
the toolnames, but at the same time of all the F-keys
used as hotkeys.
This would help to get a global view of the used
hotkeys of a certain kind (e.g. all with Ctrl)
