Summary: Reference Hotkey Shft+Ctrl+Y not always working

Initial Comment:
To go the next/previous book/chapter/verse, the hotkeys
Ctrl/Shft+Ctrl combined with y/x/v are available.
Shft+Ctrl+Y (previous book) does not work the testament
border (Matthew - Malachi).

-> Make the hotkey Shft+Ctrl+Y work at the testament border
