We finally found a better printing solution. We now use the KDE HTML widget to 
print the stuff. That we the appearance of the printed page is defined by the 
display style of the user.

We also removed the printing queue because this confused the users. The 
printing opens now after choosing a print action.

I encourage everybody to test it and to report what's bad and good.
