For the BibleTime development version you also need the Sword development
version first.
So let's start with that one.
You have to get Sword's development verision by CVS:
export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous at cvs.crosswire.org:/cvs/core
cvs login
Password: anonymous
cvs checkout sword
In the dir sword/ is now the Sword. Install it by:
./autogen.sh
./usrinst.sh
make
make install
make install_config
If you get into trouble please let us know, please attach an error log of the
commands in that case.
BibleTime also requires an installed KDE 3 with the development packages.
It can be installed by:
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/bibletime login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/bibletime co
bibletime
and in the bibletime/ dir with:
./autogen.sh
./configure --prefix=/usr
make
make install
Please don't hesitate to ask for help,
Joachim
