Hm, I'd be thankful for the more detailed bug report on the SF tracker.
Important are the keys/chapters where this occurs, I think.

Hm, the code to make sure only one instance of a module is at the module
choosing time.
Could you please post a screenshot there and test if it also appears if you
export the text or if you copy a chapter into the clipboard.
Putting the stuff on the SF tracker would be helpful.
It doesn't appear on my side here.

I'm not sure. You can drag&drop the keys from the info display. The display
windows show the whole keys as one single key, the info display shows them
parsed.
E.g. Gen1-3;5;6;8:1 is in the display window one key and I think that's not
very useful for clicking. What do you think?

Yes, too much different colors is not good. Can you give me a key in the ISV
so I can test it?
