[bt-devel] Cannot CVS update

Hi, everyone, I'm having some troubles getting updates from cvs, it keeps 
complaining of lock failures. here's the output

cvs update: Updating .
cvs update: failed to create lock directory for

Permission denied
cvs update: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
