I used Docbook XML to create the pages offline. In the docbook sources I used 
©. I think because the created HTML pages are encoded in UTF-8 it's 
allowed to write the copyright sign as a UTF-8 encoded character.
What do you think?

Concerning entities: Same as for the copright symbol.

eMail him because you did the icons for BibleTime?
