Hello, Lamar :) and everyone else :)
Thank you for waiting for me, and I apologize that I neglected to
mention that I couldn't do the RPM's for Red Hat 9 even if I wanted to
:( The reason being, the issue with the icons not installing on Red Hat
9 is still unresolved, so I couldn't in good conscience make RPM's of
Bibletime.
Which reminds me of a question I keep forgetting to ask: is there anyone
else out there that is using Bibletime 1.3 on Red Hat 9, and if so, do
you have the same problem I've been having: namely, that unless I copy
the icons manually to the correct location, I would be completely
without icons (except of course the ones that come with KDE by default)
I would be interested in knowing if anyone else is having this problem.
A point of clarification: i've tried compiling Sword and Bibletime
IMMEDIATELY after a fresh install of Red Hat 9, and I still have no
icons :(
One other thing that probably doesn't make any difference, but the
version of Red Hat 9 I have is actually called "Pink Tie Linux", as I
purchased the cd's from CheapBytes.com If this is an issue, I do
apologize for any confusion I've caused :) I would then be more than
glad to have my brother Dave download the actual "Red Hat 9", just to
bring some closure to this issue :)
Anyway, have a Great Day :)
