[bt-devel] 1.3beta3 comments

These are my comments, I have now successfully installed CVS and the
work-around is perfect.

I have been using BT in ministry as my only Bible software.  I have a
100% linux environment at home and little bug fixes like that (even if
it isn't a BT bug but a KDE bug) are very much appreciated.
