[bt-devel] File missing in handbook?

This file is in my local copy.

Looks like 
hdbk-config-bt-Colors.html
hdbk-config-bt-Accelerators.html
hdbk-config-bt-profiles.html
hdbk-config-bt-sword.html

were missing.  They are back in the cvs now.
