it's fixed now!

I'm glad it was possible to fix it, had no success the last year :) Required
to code some bad workarounds, e.g. a virtual mouse click done by the
software.
I hope it works for you KDE 3.0 users, too,

I also changed the splash screen handling a bit. It stays now always on top, 
so startup is a bit nicer now :)
Will have a look into the window moving stuff on startup. We can't show the 
window after all initialization is done, because in this case the display 
windows are messed up.
