You are probably right that we should keep the information to what is needed for
making bibletime work.  I

I need to get cervisia working first, then I will do some more polishing.  Do
you think that indicating where fonts can be found, explaining that the font
installer is the best way to install fonts if available and if not see the font
how to is enough?

I added the country list after you mentioned that KDE/Qt can select fonts
automatically.  I went looking for information and found that it was difficult
to figure out which font set supports what language.  Perhaps i just did not
look in the right place first.
