[bt-devel] Doc fixed font note in handbook

I just rewrote the font information in the handbook once more.  It should be
close, except that I still indicate that the user can select the character set
to use in a font.  Please look at it and let me know if this is close to what
is needed.

I am having a bit of trouble with cervisia.  I did the security update to ssh,
and I no longer get automatic logon inside cervisia. Use caution with this
security update.  I may need to go back to the prevous version to fix it.
