[bt-devel] New commandline option

Hi!

There's now the commandline option --ignore-startprofile, which will not 
restore the workspace on startup even it's set in config.

Settings are saved even if BibleTime crashed. A problem occurs if the crash 
was caused by a display window -- restoring will lead to the crash again.
If you use --ignore-startprofile in such a case you can start BibleTime 
without crash.

At least I don't know how to get the class where the crash was produced.
