Ok. It should work again.

The bibletime/docs/gen_am.sh file was extended. It does now completely manage 
the Makefile.am files in the bibletime/docs/, bibletime-i18n-??/po/ and 
bibletime-i18n-??/docs/ directories and subdirectories. Modify it if you need 
something changed. gen_am.dat can be edited to add languages. Each new 
language should now get its own cvs module once translation is finished.

Please test the build and install process. Hope everything is ok again.
