[bt-devel] Transliteration

Hi!

I forgot to change sword/src/modules/filters/Makefile.in, add to -D_ICU_ the 
part -DICU.

Or change utf8transliteration.cpp to use ICU and not _ICU_.

We have to wait for Daniel Glassey to  fix this until it's working for all.
