[bt-devel] 1.0.3 build issues

Hi,
I've had a couple of problems building the debs for 1.0.3

In po/Makefile.am EXTRA_DIST is defined more than once so automake fails.

Also, could you please add
AM_MAINTAINER_MODE
to the configure.in.in and rebuild the makefiles so that you don't require 
automake etc to build bibletime.
