[bt-devel] problems compiling CVS

Hi

I have just updated to the latest CVS and I can't compile BT.  Steps I
followed are as follows:

$ export QTDIR=/usr/lib/qt3/
$ export KDEDIR=/usr/lib/kde3/
$ export PATH=$KDEDIR/bin:$PATH
$ make -f Makefile.cvs
$ ./configure

the error message I get is as follows:

checking how to recognise dependant libraries... ./configure: line 5616:
syntax error near unexpected token `<<<'
./configure: line 5616: `<<<<<<< libtool.m4.in'

I am running Mandrake 9 i686.

Am I doing something silly or is this a bug in the configure script?
