[bt-devel] Problem with cvs.

I was thinking that working on something wildly different from
development rpm's would not be a good idea, and that if we found that to
be necessary we need to document what we are doing to reduce problems.

I really don't want to build kde3 from cvs either, it would take too
long to download, and even longer to make.
