I am impressed. The icons are perfect. Thanks a lot!
Now all I had to do was to run bibletime/pics/gen_am.sh to include the icons 
in the Makefile system (changed the Makefile.am's), since you did not really 
introduce new icons, only additional sizes. When you do so, we will have to 
modify some .cpp files as well.

No changes to the existing icons. If you had the time to create even more 
icons, you could do the following:
-main index
-profiles
-load profile
-dave profile
Depends on how much free time you have. Thanks again!
