For some reason the bibletimeui.rc in my home directory was a 0 byte file and 
bibeltime would not write to it. I deleted this file and renamed the 
bibletimeui.rc.backup to bibletimeui.rc. All work fine now. Looks like we  
are ready to go. 

Included is a copy of my spec file. For the final it may be different but 
this one is close. Also I will include a patch in the final that will patch 
the final linking so thast the optimisations can be compiled without the 
error. This will probably whait untill after the cd is out though. One last 
thing in a clouple weeks I may be able to try a compile of bibletime on a ppc 
macintosh. If I can get linux on it.
