Yes I always do but I think If I submitted these rpm's for inclusion in 
mandrake they whouldn't like it. They whould require seperate sword rpm's. 

I'm not sure what other distros do as far as policy goes but I'll always 
compile it in for the builds I do on the sourceforge page. It really is much 
easier that way.
