[bt-devel] no titlebar update on maximize

Window mode: auto-cascade.

Open a bible text.  The app titlebar has the module name inserted.

Use the pushbutton to add another module.  The app titlebar doesn't change
to add the name of the new module.

You can add and delete modules and the titlebar won't change.
